#LOUTHCOCO – We’ve been advised that the main route R173 through Carlingford will remain open as much as possible to facilitate normal business. It will be necessary to close it for the duration of the President Joe Biden visit and for circa 20 mins either side but disruptions will be kept to a minimal where possible. Locally within Carlingford village itself there will be some disruption as internal roads will be required to close to ensure the safety of all attending.
